NOTICE:
Applications for 2013 are due by Nov. 30, 2012 - Deadline extended to February 1, 2013.
All recipients of the Parsec Prize will be asked to participate in the Parsec Prize 5k, held in October each year. The 5k is a great opportunity to foster community awareness for your organization, as well as generate additional funds beyond those awarded by the Parsec Prize. We ask that Parsec Prize recipients provide volunteers and marketing assistance for the 5k. For more information please contact Ashley Woodring.
Parsec Financial has long maintained a significant commitment to charitable giving throughout the
regions it serves, which include Western North Carolina and the Charlotte metro area. Parsec's directors believe that organizations focused on the broadly defined fields of education and economic development hold the most potential to improve the quality of life and provide access to meaningful
opportunities for the general public. Parsec is, therefore, committed to supporting these non-profits by dedicating 2% of its revenues, half of which forms the Parsec Prize.
